Accelerating Board Diversity

As the Sponsor Relations lead for The Women On Boards Project, I’m forging relationships with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms who primarily focus in the consumer space. Together we identify specific candidate profiles that align with the needs of boards within their portfolio companies and then work to bring the right talent forward to fill those seats. Since 2020, The Women On Boards Project has helped place over 50 women into new board roles.
